Upon confirmation of your purchase, you will be sent everything you need via Australia Post.  An email will then be sent to your with a tracking # for your order.

📝 What to do when you get your order?

1. Complete the test information document provided to you.
2. Collecting the fur sample is easy.  Please follow these steps:

• Do not allow the pet to be washed or deodorised for a least 5 days. Nothing should be applied to the coat during that time other than water.
• Without touching the fur with your hands, use tweezers or gloves to handle the fur sample.
• Place the fur sample provided in the designated bag provided.

3. After preparing your information document and securing the fur sample, please send both items in the provided envelope.
4. Once our laboratories receive your fur sample, they will process your test.
5. You should expect to receive your comprehensive report via email within 2-3 weeks after receipt by our laboratories.
